How To Shop With Us
We are new to selling on our website, so please bear with us as we learn how to bring you the best experience and continue to streamline things.
Shopping & Contacting
Moving forward, everything we have to sell will be posted on the website as we process through it. We will be making posts on Facebook and Instagram for our new drops.
If you're interested in an item, the best way to reach us is to message our business profiles on Facebook or Instagram, or go to our Contact Us page and get our other contact info. If you're going to contact us directly, texting is preferred, as we may not answer calls or emails as often if we're out delivering.
Respectful negotiation is allowed before delivery. We do our best to be flexible where we can, but we might not always be able to.
Payment
For now, we are accepting payment upon delivery via cash or Venmo (Zelle soon). We aim to offer payment on Shopify as soon as we can to open up options for card/bank payments, and payment plan/buy-now-pay-later options.
Price will be confirmed before delivery and that is the price that is charged upon delivery. Except in cases of damage to the item in loading or while on the way to deliver, we will not be negotiating or reducing the price when we get there.
For now, we are not charging deposits before delivery. If we start having issues, this is subject to change.
Delivery
We can do delivery to your door, or an agreed upon public place. Delivery charges will be discussed and agreed upon before delivery. For our local towns and cities (about an hour or less), we're really only trying to cover our gas. For further areas, we may have to charge a bit more.
Before delivery, we ask that you check measurements for your space. We do our best to provide them and be accurate with them, please use them and make sure the piece you're after will fit your space. We can do normal breakdowns of pieces (removing drawers, taking off cushions, etc.), but if you are going to have to dismantle a piece to get it in, you're on your own, and we will require payment before you do it.
Please note any obstacles with getting it where it needs to go so we can plan out an appropriate amount of time if you need our help. Getting a couch up a flight of stairs is a very different task than bringing dining tables to your front porch. We don't mind helping, but we are typically on a schedule and need to stay moving.
