Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship car parts anywhere in the continental US for free. We are capable of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, most US Territories, and many other countries as well upon request. However, we may require additional shipping cost, or some additional information/documentation depending where the item is going.

Q: Are Your Items Fake/Low Quality/Broken? How can you sell them so cheap?

Our items are legit! Many of them are from name brands like Dorman, Moog, A-Premium, etc. Some are even genuine OEM parts! Our other items come from a wide variety of online sellers. We get great reviews and have a very low return rate on our parts.

There are 2 main reasons we can sell our items cheaper than most places. First, we get them cheap. Car parts are not a desirable product to most sellers in the liquidation world, so they're willing to sell them to us at a great price to free up space and keep their own businesses running smoothly. Secondly, by using our own website, we save 10% on transaction fees over Ebay! This translates to direct savings in our prices.

Q: What if my item is broken/doesn't fit/not what I thought? How are returns handled?

Mistakes happen! While our return rate is low, we do get them from time to time. We want the process to be as simple as possible. You are able to return an item for ANY reason within 30 days.
